Telephone charges are built in to any business' overheads, but choosing the correct carrier for different types of call can reduce many of these costs. Least cost routing (LCR) or Automatic Route Selection (ARS) is the preferential selection of carrier for individual calls. Local, long-distance, mobiles and international calls can be routed via the carrier with the lowest charges, and can result in significant savings to any organisation - with no associated costs.

There is no installation charge and no minimum contract length. CallCare also supply foc Callview 2000 that is a complete call logging package to analyse your bills in greater depth. The system uses Least Cost Routing or the ARS software that is supplied and installed free of charge* on your telephone switch. The LCR or ARS software automatically routes the call to the CallCare low-cost dialling route without any customer intervention. Because the software is used in conjunction with the BT or other carrier supplied line there is no need to change telephone numbers, and the bill from the carrier is only for the rental of the line. CallCare can guarantee savings on normal BT costs of at least 35% and this is assuming you are on a high level call saving tariff from BT or your chosen carrier, if this is not the case the savings are between 40%-60%.
